Job Description
About the role:
As a member of the Digital Transformation Services team, you will be responsible for identifying, defining and documenting business processes and software requirements. Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams by facilitating communication and determining software objectives that align with stated and unstated business needs.
You will:
Work collaboratively across the business to include relevant people in projects or initiatives.
Use a variety of techniques to understand business requirements, such as interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, and storyboards.
Translate conceptual user requirements into clear and detailed functional requirements.
Translate data needs into analytics and reporting requirements to support executive decision making and workflows.
Develops analytical strategies to solve business problems by understanding the business problem, identifying relevant data, gathering and summarizing data meaningfully, and applying appropriate statistical analysis.

Desired Skills and Experience
About You
To be successful in this role you will need the following qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in data science, information technology, computer science, business administration or related field.
Business Analysis Certification (e.g., CBAP) is preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt minimum)
ITIL Certification.
Experience determining the explicit and implicit needs and requirements of various stakeholders.
A minimum of 5yrs experience in business analysis
Experience creating documentation such as business case documentation or business requirements summaries.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance business processes.
Experience with agile development methodologies and agile planning tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or Jira.
Ability to quickly learn the objectives, structures, operations and policies of a new business area.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects.
Proven interpersonal skills and an ability to influence senior leaders and peers.
